Adds 13 Behavioral Health Facilities with Over 1,300 Beds

FRANKLIN, Tenn. (Apr. 4, 2011) Acadia Healthcare Company ("Acadia" or the "Company") today announced the completion of its acquisition of Youth & Family Centered Services, Inc. ("YFCS"), headquartered in Austin, TX. Through this transaction, Acadia now operates 19 behavioral health facilities with approximately 1,700 beds in 13 states, producing annual revenues of approximately $260 million.
