PEABODY, Mass., Sept. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- PHC, Inc., d.b.a. Pioneer Behavioral Health (OTC Bulletin Board: PIHC), a leading provider of inpatient and outpatient behavior health services and pharmaceutical research, today announced that Bruce A. Shear, Pioneer's President and Chief Executive Officer, and Robert Boswell, Senior Vice President, will present at Noble Research's "OnTrack 2006" Small Cap Conference and Microcap Symposium at the Ballantyne Spa and Golf Resort in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Company will present at 2:40 p.m. on September 26 in the Daytona Room on the main floor of the convention concourse and the presentation will be webcast live and can be accessed at the Conference's website, www.ontrack06.com and will be available for approximately 30 days following the conclusion of the presentation.

The presentation will discuss the Company's growth drivers for fiscal 2007 and 2008. These initiatives include the Seven Hills Behavioral Institute, which once completed will serve the behavioral health needs for Las Vegas' rapidly growing population, and the Company's pharmaceutical research division, Pivotal Research. The presentation will also discuss the Company's financial results for the full fiscal year period ended June 30, 2006.
